1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Daily Weave (“the Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Availability

Daily Weave is currently available to users in the United States only. By using the Service, you represent that you are located in the United States.

3. Description of Service

Daily Weave is a family learning management platform that provides curriculum planning, AI-powered interest discovery, gamification, portfolio building, calendar synchronization, and health record tracking for homeschool families.

4. Accounts

• You must be at least 18 years old to create a parent account. By creating an account, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and the parent or legal guardian of any children you add to the platform.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials, including your password and any child PINs.
• Child accounts are created by and under the supervision of parent account holders. For children under 13, accounts require verifiable parental consent per COPPA.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account and your children’s accounts.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers connected to the Service.
• Use the AI features to generate harmful, abusive, or inappropriate content.
• Create accounts for children without being their parent or legal guardian.

6. AI-Generated Content

Daily Weave uses AI to generate learning resource recommendations. These are suggestions only. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, age appropriateness, or educational value of AI-generated content. Parents are responsible for reviewing and approving all resources used in their homeschool program. AI-generated content may include links to third-party websites; we are not responsible for third-party content.

7. Data and Content

You retain ownership of all data and content you enter into the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your data solely to provide the Service to you.

8. Subscriptions and Billing

The Service offers free and paid subscription tiers. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe. You may cancel at any time from your account settings or the Stripe billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

9. Beta Period

During the beta period, the Service is provided free of charge. Features, pricing, and availability may change. We will provide reasonable notice before introducing paid plans.

10. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Daily Weave is not a substitute for professional educational, medical, or legal advice. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Daily Weave and its operators from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms, your misuse of the Service, or your violation of any applicable law.

12. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from your account settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

13. Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Florida.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
